Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using RapidWaterRescue.com (“the Site”) or calling our dispatch line. By accessing the Site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. About Our Service
RapidWaterRescue.com is a free referral and dispatch service. We connect homeowners and property owners (“you” or “users”) with independent, locally operating restoration professionals for water damage restoration, water extraction, sewage cleanup, mold remediation, and related services.
We are not a restoration company. We do not employ restoration technicians, hold restoration licenses, perform any physical restoration work, or guarantee the quality or availability of any contractor. All work is performed exclusively by independent third-party contractors who are not agents, employees, or representatives of RapidWaterRescue.com.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Site or calling our dispatch line, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal authority to request services for the property in question
- You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
- You understand that we are a referral service, not a restoration contractor
3. How the Service Works
When you call our dispatch line or submit a service request through the Site, we use our partner call network to identify and connect you with available independent restoration professionals in your geographic area. Connection with a professional does not constitute a contract between you and RapidWaterRescue.com. Any service agreement is solely between you and the independent contractor.
Our service is provided at no charge to you. Compensation for our referral service is provided by contractors in our network through a call-based arrangement.
4. Call Recording and Monitoring
All calls to our dispatch line may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance, training, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes. By calling our dispatch line, you consent to such recording and monitoring.
If you are calling from a state that requires all-party consent for call recording (including California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Washington), your continued participation in the call after this notice constitutes your consent to recording.
5. Independent Contractors — Important Disclaimers
Verify credentials before work begins. Before authorizing any restoration contractor to begin work on your property, you should independently verify:
- That the contractor holds all required licenses in your state
- That the contractor carries valid general liability and workers’ compensation insurance
- That the contractor is in good standing with your state licensing board
- The contractor’s references, reviews, and reputation
RapidWaterRescue.com does not screen, verify, license, insure, supervise, or vouch for any contractor in our network. We make no representations about any contractor’s qualifications, licensing status, insurance coverage, workmanship, pricing, availability, or response time.
Any dispute regarding contractor services, workmanship, pricing, or conduct must be resolved directly between you and the contractor. RapidWaterRescue.com is not a party to any service agreement between you and a contractor and has no responsibility for contractor performance.
6. No Guarantees of Service
We do not guarantee:
- That a contractor will be available in your area at the time of your request
- Any specific response time or arrival time
- That any contractor will accept your service request
- The quality, completeness, or outcome of any restoration work
- That services will be available in all geographic areas
Response times, availability, and service quality vary by location, time of day, severity of damage, and other factors outside our control.
